Entry Engagement

About Entry Engagement

Entry Engagement is an 8 week, fall quarter program designed to help new students transition into their first year on campus and develop connections in the Orfalea College of Business.

Mentorship Pairing

This dynamic mentee-mentor program connects first-year students with experienced upperclassmen who provide guidance, support, and valuable insights into academic, professional, and personal success.

How It Works:

  • Mentorship Pairing: First-year mentees are thoughtfully matched with mentors based on shared interests, career aspirations, and personal goals.

  • Regular Check-Ins: Mentors and mentees meet regularly throughout the quarter to discuss topics such as time management, major selection, involvement in campus organizations, and building a professional network.

  • Workshops and Events: The program features interactive workshops and events designed to build skills, foster connections, and encourage growth within the Orfalea College of Business community.

Entry Engagement is an incredible opportunity to build lasting connections, gain valuable insights, and grow as a student and future business leader. Join us in fostering a strong, supportive community in the Orfalea College of Business!
