About General Mentoring Program

This program is designed to empower WIB students by accelerating their academic and professional development. It offers a flexible framework, allowing students to be paired up with a mentor (based on questionnaire responses) and set their own meeting schedules to fit their availability. Applications for mentors and mentees are accepted year-round, ensuring that it's never too late to get involved and benefit from this opportunity

  • Second years or above with college level leadership or professional experience and good communication skills

  • Students of any grade seeking career/academic guidance and support

Requirements

  • Able to commit around 2 hours a week (more/less depending on mentor/mentee discussed meeting plan) for mentor-mentee meetings

  • Complete Women in Business Membership General Membership form

  • Ability to meet during throughout the quarter
