About General Mentoring Program
This program is designed to empower WIB students by accelerating their academic and professional development. It offers a flexible framework, allowing students to be paired up with a mentor (based on questionnaire responses) and set their own meeting schedules to fit their availability. Applications for mentors and mentees are accepted year-round, ensuring that it's never too late to get involved and benefit from this opportunity

Second years or above with college level leadership or professional experience and good communication skills

Students of any grade seeking career/academic guidance and support
Requirements
Able to commit around 2 hours a week (more/less depending on mentor/mentee discussed meeting plan) for mentor-mentee meetings
Complete Women in Business Membership General Membership form
Ability to meet during throughout the quarter
